Manual calculations run in your browser. Project inputs and contact details are not included in analytics events.

Server analytics collection is disabled in this preview. Calculation-completion events remain within the browser.

Bill images

On-device OCR processes images in your browser; original images and recognized text are not stored on our server. If you explicitly choose an available cloud AI reader, the selected image is sent to OpenAI or Google for extraction after your consent. You review extracted fields before applying them. Images are not intentionally retained by BatteryMath; the selected provider’s processing terms also apply.

Optional requests

Submitting a project request sends your name, company, city, WhatsApp number, optional email, electricity bill amount, timeline and calculation snapshot to our private storage. This supports reviewing your request, contacting you and tracking its progress. Project requests are not automatic installer introductions.

Installer sharing

Sharing with up to three relevant installers is an optional, separate checkbox. We record your contact consent and sharing choice with the notice version. Without sharing permission, we do not send your details to installers.

Storage and contact

Production storage is access restricted. Local previews use a local database excluded from Git. Notification emails contain a request ID rather than your contact details. Project request records are scheduled for deletion 30 days after submission. Contact us to request earlier deletion.
